Shipping policy

We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom Order products will ship within two week.  Please note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window!  Thank you for your patience!

Please note that your shipping fee does include basic insurance. You will receive a tracking number that you provide at checkout.  

Your Shipping Address:  PLEASE review your address during checkout.  If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession.  Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several  weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.
